Description: This is a video of my seriously modified Nissan Skyline R33 GTS-t M Spec Series II show car drag racing a 300SX down the quarter mile at Redline Rumble on the Santa Pod drag strip. It was actually the very first time I raced this car so I was quite nervous at first as the last time I raced at Santa Pod was YEARS before when I owned an Astra GTE. Racing down the strip isn't as easy as it looks especially if you've never done it before, you have to get everything right and be prepared for the launch (which for me is probably the most important part), those lights go so damn quickly (you can see how quickly if you watch them carefully) and before you know it you're off, too much gas you just spin the wheels losing valuable time, not enough gas you're off the line too slowly and have it all to do in the middle. As you can see in this video there was no need to be nervous I got it spot on, in fact it was my best run of the day, as the day went on it got hotter and hotter and turbo cars don't run as well in hot air as it's not dense enough.
